A selection of our favourite rides around the 30km mark from our home on Russell Town Avenue, or join in from wherever you are based. We've options all directions out of Bristol, something for everyone!
Climb the iconic Belmont Hill, before crossing towards Portbury Dock through Failand's country lanes, finally returning to the city via the flat, picturesque portway, under the Clifton Suspension Bridge.
Leave Bristol via the car free Festival Way, following the railway line to Nailsea, before climbing out of the town on the long drag of Tickenham Hill, eventually crossing the Clifton Suspension Bridge & descending back to the city..
Skirting past Kings Weston House & Blaise Castle Estate before dropping into Hallen & riding Berwick Lane with views across the Severn, the steep climb of Hollywood lane will finish you off before rolling across north Bristol & back home.
Roll through the scenic Frenchay village before crossing the ring road & rolling through the north somerset lanes & cutting through Kendleshire Golf Course before returning on the Bristol - Bath cycle path.
A car free cycle path takes you through Whitchurch, and soon on to Norton lane, rolling narrow lanes lead onto the village of Dundry, with a few punchy climbs for good measure, you're rewarded with some of the best views of the city.
Exit the city on the Bristol to Bath railway path, before the rolling lanes around Siston, descending before a short sharp climb over Willsbridge followed by a descent back home alongside the River Avon
